You can restore a cpanel backup archive within your reseller account by providing us the cpanel backup archive for restore and creating a support ticket for the account restore.
Within the support ticket please specify the following details;
1) Your main reseller domain name / cpanel username
2) Your servers main ip address
3) The location in which you have uploaded the cpanel backup archive to.
(note: the cpanel backup archive can be uploaded to any of your existing cpanel accounts within your reseller account)
We recommend you FTP the backup archive within the ROOT directory of one of your existing cpanel accounts and advise which account contains the newly uploaded cpanel backup archive.
Once we have successfully restored the cpanel backup archive, our sysadmins will update the ticket.
