To send a payment to EntirelyDigital via eCheck / ACH in the United States, please follow these instructions.
SPECIAL NOTE: There is a difference between ACH payments, and SWIFT wire transfers. EntirelyDigital accepts both, but as ACH payments are typically WITHOUT fees, customers should use this form of payment. Any fees incurred as part of any electronic payments will be added to customer's accounts.

Setting Up e-Transfer

Access Online Banking: Log into your online or mobile banking application. The majority of US banks and credit unions provide "eBills", "eCheck", or "ACH" as a feature of their online banking services.

Find Electronic Payment Options: Within your banking portal, locate the electronic payment option. It's typically found under the payments or transfers menu. The exact naming and location may vary by bank.
Sending a Payment to EntirelyDigital

Initiate a New Transfer: Choose to send a new electronic transfer. When prompted for recipient details, use the following details for sending payments to EntirelyDigital:
- Beneficiary: EntirelyDigital
- If you have not already added EntirelyDigital as a beneficiary, please contact EntirelyDigital for these details via a Support ticket
- Amount: Type in the total amount due as shown on your EntirelyDigital invoice.
- Account: Select "Deposit", "Business Checking", or the best account type to send the funds to.
- Message or Description: It's important here to include the invoice number to ensure your payment is processed correctly. Please include something like, "Invoice 17010000", so EntirelyDigital can easily match the payment to your account.
- Timing: We don't need the payment to be same day. Most banks provide a free transfer, but it will only arrive in a day or two. Select this option for the lowest cost.
- Beneficiary: EntirelyDigital
Confirm and Send: Double-check all the details for accuracy, then proceed to send the transfer.
Confirmation and Notifications
- Email Confirmation: You'll receive a confirmation email from your bank shortly after sending the e-Transfer. Keep this for your records. You can send us a copy of the email confirmation (to the same email address that we use to send you your invoice copies) to let us know of the incoming payment
- Deposit Confirmation: You will be notified once EntirelyDigital has accepted and deposited the payment.
